It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

They have a grievance policy you can download on this page http://www.angardstaffing.co.uk/default.aspx?pid=27

If it follows usual Angard practice you will get an initial response then will be ignored from that point onwards so will probably have to insist on a formal grievance if you want to follow through any complaint. No idea who is in charge you'd have to ask. I'd suggest ringing the person you normally deal with first or if they are part of the problem send an email to angard.employee@reedglobal.com to get things moving, they do normally respond.
