New National Minimum Wage Rates?

Post by NW11851 »

Hi

Are Angard going to implement the new National Minimum Wage rates?

There is nothing on their website; indeed it still refers to the previous rate of £7.20/hour.

This morning, I receieved an email from Indeed JobSearch for Gatwick RMC which also stated that the rate was £7.20/hour.

A curiousity.....
I worked shifts during the week ended 31 March and was paid on Friday 7 April.
Angard put the payment through their system on 5 April.

They used the £7.20/hour pay rate. No surprose there, really.

It will be interesting to see which rate they use in respect of the work for the week 01-07 April.

Don't over panic, they HAVE to pay you the proper rate.
As per all things Angard, they are behind in updating things.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

New National Minimum Wage Rates?

Many thanks. They sent me an e-mail at 07:10(!), in response to a query that I sent to them a couple of days ago, sonfirming the new National Minimin Wage.

It is also on this morning's online payslip.

I worked for my previous firm for 43 years and, at time, thought they were poor. ANgard seem to get there in the end but appear disorganised.

Angard should surely e-mail their employees about this? From reading this forum, nothing now surprises me.
