Abuse Of Angard Staff

Once again this year Angard staff having been pre booked for the four weeks prior to Christmas have had all shifts cancelled. Royal Mail continually abuse Angard staff not just at Christmas but all year round with ridiculous late calls to attend shifts including nights with as little as 30 minutes notice. At least some of us are union members but what do the CWU do the answer NOTHING. Can I ask any union reps to at least talk to the Angard staff and raise the issue of our treatment this is not a local issue but national. They will of course deny it but Royal Mail pre book staff to prevent them seeking other employment just in case they are needed. Please don't move this to the Angard section of this forum I am a union member.
