Are you able to work for RM whilst remaining on the Angard books?

Does anyone know for absolute, that once you have been given an RM contract, you are removed from the Angard agency books thus removing themselves from the seniority order in Angard?.

That's what I was told but at my mail centre an angard employee got a RM contract. The weekend manager rings him and he gets his mates who are on angard to come in.

I stayed on Angards books for a couple of weeks but it was easier to get shifts direct through RM, although the Angard pay is better all you have to do to get a shift direct is put your name down and HR will call you.

Also to answer your question, no, you're not supposed to stay on Angards books, they're all just too lazy to do anything about it if you do lol.
