we all know this time of year things slow down , got a text from angard yesterday saying some bosses are phoning staff to come in, this is supposed to be against the rules
then today i get a job alert that reed are recruiting staff , what is the point if staff already on the books cant get a shift in nearly 3 weeks, i think that staff on awr are about to get shafted any one else seem to be in the same boat

This is normal. RM managers would prefer to have staff who know what they are doing, but they don't care enough to really insist on it. They will call people in if they need to because dealing with Angard is a waste of their time, and because if they want to retain experienced and competent staff they have to do this. Angard/Reed have no interest in their staff so they don't care who they send along for a shift, however incompetent or uninterested they happen to be. They recruit constantly because they can, and nobody stops them. They do give more shifts to new employees over established ones. Everyone likes someone cheap.
