Just wanted to ask - does the code of Business Standards...

Apply to us Angard staff at all as I see some paperwork on the Angard website reference that if we got a query that we should check the Royal Mail paperwork first before making it.

As Angard are part of Royal Mail, I would say it does apply to Angard employees both hirees and employees.

Some sections of this document no longer apply to angard employees in regard to working for Royal Mail competitors. There was an email sent out by angard in September stating that due to a change in the law angard staff can work for Royal Mail competitors as well. Obviously confidentiality would still apply in regard to business practices at Royal Mail.
