Wrong pay

Post by Daz1234 »

What do we do if we haven't been paid for the correct amount of hours? I always write down the hours I do and after looking at recent payslips, I have discovered that I haven't been paid enough. I hesitate to deal with this issue by email as they rarely reply.

If you use this email address (rather than the general one) they will reply saying they will check with the site and this has always led to my wages being corrected, though they may come back a second time

Thanks. However, that is the email address I usually use and don't get replies.

Sorry

It's usually worked for me. The first time I emailed the general address and didn't get anywhere.

I've used the email method a number of times when paid the wrong number of hours and they generally have replied the same day. They do tend to be a bit hit and miss if it's not directly related to a discrepancy in your pay. Just send them a list of the hours you actually worked and they can get RM to cross check against the time sheets.

If Angard won't resolve your issue then your best bet is your shift manager at RM. They will be able to check the time sheets or authorise an additional payment if necessary. I would advise anyone to write down their hours. Between Angard and RM enough mistakes get made for it to get quite expensive when it all adds up.
