Christmas casuals...help

My sister is currently working as a christmas casual with set shifts, but it's getting too expensive to travel there and back each day and she isn't enjoying it too much to make it worth it...

How does she go about leaving? She says it's extremely casual so no one would even notice is she didn't turn up one day but is this the way to do it? No one has mentioned anything about days off etc so what should she do??

If she just doesn't turn up would this affect pay?

If she doesn't turn up she doesn't get paid. Just tell a manager next time she is in that she doesn't enjoy the work thus won't be back for any more shifts and they'll get Angard to sort out her p45 etc.

Do you mean she want get paid for the shifts she has already done or the ones she won't turn up to? She's not with a hard either it's through Royal Mail.

Of course they will pay her for all shifts already done, she won't get anything for ones she doesn't turn up to. Just get her to tell a manager she won't be back.
