Hired and start date agreed

Post by Storm »

I know I'm probably worrying but had the offer letter on registration day saying start and induction date nov 24th 6pm which is great, passed all security checks and now says hired and start date agreed. Problem is the email says start date july 22nd 2012 at 8am! Shall I just ignore this obvious a mistake and go by what it says on the offer letter I had on the day? Or do you think the email was going to write down a new date but got the month and year wrong? Any one else had this?

Can anyone give me some advice please

If there is no option then I would ignore the incorrect date. However, if you have an email can you reply to it and get a firm answer. :hmmmm

At the bottom of the email I got it quotes
"Please do not respond to this email address. For all Christmas job queries email christmas_helpline@royalmail.com or call 0845 600 1785"

Just email above email with your query should me fine.

Cheers

Do you get a reminder text a couple of days before starting?
