ive been working since the beginning of august but been on the books since end of june how long do i have to be working to get the extra per hour and do i have to have a least 1 shift a week as there was a week in august where i didnt have a shift any help appreciated as you dont get a straight answer from other workers

You have to have worked 12 weeks with less than 6 weeks gap.

one shift in a week qualifies as a week

You get the higher rate for the 13th week worked
