6 Weeks Gap

Angard state "If you have a break for more than 6 weeks you automatically loose your AWR entitlement and your weeks worked is reset to zero." Is the gap 6 consecutive weeks i.e. If someone hasn't worked for 5 weeks then gets a shift would they be safe for another 6 weeks, or say if someone hasn't worked for 3 weeks in July then gets a shift then has another 3 weeks gap in August then are these added together, so is it 6 weeks gap you're permitted in a year?

Moreover, in my first example above (if someone hasn't worked for 5 weeks) can one use their holiday allowance during i.e. week 6 to save themselves from being withdrawn from the AWR pay rate, so they can be safe for another 6 weeks?

The 6 weeks gap is not cumulative. If it were, many of Angards casuals would be losing their AWR and security status all the time. Not sure about the holiday thing, best just email Angard and ask.

Quick question, is it 6 weeks from your last worked day, or 6 weeks from the last worked week end? I just had a gap between worked days of 41 days and they rang me for a shift, I believe I have gotten lucky.
