What are the chances of getting a permanent position with Royal mail whilst with Angard and how does one go about this i.e are jobs advertised internally on a board?

Jobs are usually advertised in the HR section on the notice boards where I work. Our place usually advertise the jobs first to RM employees only. If no takers - then advertise to RM employees and Angard employees. Only ever had 6 RM permanent jobs advertised for Angard employees at our place - since Angard took over casuals in August 2011.
