Can't go into details here, unfortunately, but does anyone know, for certain, whether Angard Staffing is a sub-contractor of Royal Mail, or if Angard Staffing is a subsidiary of Royal Mail Group, i.e. RMG part own it?
Angard Staffing is staffed by Reed Global, but are they Reed Global only and completely separate from Royal Mail?
Thanks for any help anyone can give...

Angard is a subsidiary of Royal Mail Group and only Royal Mail Group hold the single available share in Angard. The directors of Angard are mainly directors of Royal Mail Group, other Royal Mail Group subsidiaries and the corporate director of Reed.
