We had jobs originally requesting RM people (permanents) last year. They were not all taken up by RM permanents so some were "offered" to RM casuals - at least one Angard employee kicked up and the jobs were then re-advertised to Royal Mail permanents (again) and Angard employees. We were not allowed to apply until the job advert invited Angard staff. Right or wrong way to do things - possibly.
