Hi anyone know who does the pre start securitychecks is it rm or angard anyone know.

I would expect the security checks will be done at the request of the company employing you. If you are going to be employed by Angard then they should be responsible for requesting them : RM would be responsible if you are to be employed by RM.

as Verging said it depends on who you are working for, if you apply through Angard it would be them...
