at birmingham mc
i rang angard 2day and they said don't ring from now on as were gonna ring you
apparently they sent everybody a text


any else have this problem

Could be because works really quiet and the duty staff aren't taking their holidays (went like that for a while for us)

or could be because you have been black listed by management (something which is near enough impossible lol)

What an utterly STUPID order! Ringing the call centre shows one's motivation, availability and actually saves the Angard call centre on phone costs. Can they be that stupid, discourteous and suppressive of employee proactivity and work motivation. Just plain stupid!

Would they have the same attitude to MC managers? What are they there for?

RM are and as Angard are the same company nothing more should be expected. :wink:
