So I was recruited by royalmail, and people recruited by angard are already receiving messages to start the work again, WTF y does people recruited by royal mail themselves aret receiving any call..!!! :vcfo :vcfo

Because Royal Mail year round casuals are supplied by Angard and other agencies - they do not have their own year round casual pool.
In 2011 Royal Mail moved their own casuals to Angard so they do not have their own pool of casuals and are no longer set up to support it.

In practice Angard casuals ARE RM casuals. Angard are almost entirely owned by RM and only supply workers to RM, They are not a normal agency. .
