does any 1 know what agency im with....ive just done royal mail xmas casual 2012 and im confused to angard and i grasp etc...to notice i didnt get paid for the extra 13 hours i worked and that i went down to see why and they told me that the cut off date was wednesday and i should get paid next week up 2 date....however i liked to know if id be on some kind of list to be called back and at what rate??????

No idea - that's definitely a question that needs an official answer. Oh and moved from Ask Admin/Announcements well because its not an announcement and its not a question about RMC.however i liked to know if id be on some kind of list to be called back and at what rate??????

Your initial rate will probably be minimum wage for your age - possibly a few pence more.
