I wasn't instructed to do anything about it last year and only got it after hearing what to do from people.
I'm just wondering if it exists this year?

Not sure what you are asking but as far as im aware everyone working as a casual, via Angard or direct (though not other agencies) accrue holiday as a percentage of their hourly rate and that Xmas casuals should get paid this when their contract has finished.. In my welcome pack it says you will be paid in mid january for any holiday pay accrued.
