What day do we get paid for previous week's work?

Completed my training last week, passed the assessments and started live keying yesterday. I checked my bank account this morning and my wages haven't yet been paid. My friend also hasn't been paid yet but he received a P45 form yesterday which I haven't received. Maybe I'm being a bit paranoid but should I speak to them about it or should I wait a bit longer?

Okay, so having seen a thread on here about payslip, I'm a little concerned as I have not received one nor the P45 form that apparently has to be filled in every time I start a new job so I'm starting to doubt whether the money will be into my bank account by tomorrow, in which case, I will have to chase this up; is there a number for Angard that I can ring to speak to them about it? This is my first job too so sorry if I seem a little clueless about it all.

You get a P45 when you leave a job, so if this is your first job, you don't need a P45

Ah, thank you for that. There was someone in from Angard yesterday who said pretty much the same thing plus that a P46 would be automatically filled in for me since this was my first job. Found out that the money did go into my account yesterday and though tax has been deducted, apparently I will get it back in the near future since you don't have to pay tax on your first job.
