How long does Induction take?

Hi there guys, i was wondering how long the induction process takes. I am starting tonight at 10pm, but the induction is at 7pm.

Sorry but induction lengths depend on so many things its impossible to say.

The number of people being inducted, the number of staff doing the induction, the role you will be doing, availability of staff, traffic levels, equipment availability etc.

I have known it be as less than 2 hours and as long as 6 hours.

We were done in an hour, and 30 minutes of that was queueing

Ours took about 4 hours and I can't actually remember doing anything really :confused was just a lot of sitting about.

YDC nights was about 2 hours. 10pm to 12am.

Ours was under an hour, we were shown a patronising video and given a tour of the MC.
