interview on the 12th sept but dont start til 3rd dec?
Just wondering if this is the case with others? im a little upset as my interview was the 12th sept. heard of them this week, was just asked to start on 3rd of dec, no training was mentioned. why have they left it so late?

That's your official start date. A lot of casuals get asked to come in earlier. A few years ago, my start date was 8th December, but they asked me to start on 19th November.

It is a typical timescale. You are essentially being hired for the Christmas period which is normally December up to Christmas but some casuals sometimes start earlier in November and may go into January - dependent upon the needs of your particular RM site.
