I will only be working for around 3 weeks and at the moment I am on JSA (only been claiming for 5 weeks), I have been sent a P46 to complete and send to Royal Mail.
My question is what tax code will I be on as this is my first job iv'e had all year? also when I sign off from JSA and hand in my P45 how long will it take to put me on the correct code and refund me any overpayments if any.
Thanks for any feedback

You'll be on emergency tax to start with until they sort your P45 out. Should only take a few weeks, and you can claim it back from the tax office. If you're talking about Angard, you're looking at 6 months, at least.
