I recieved my welcome pack in the post this morning and I am unsure to which tax form to return. I have a P45 from a previous JSA claim which ended on 21st April 2012 (from the tax year). I started a new JSA claim
6 weeks ago and I am still claiming until I start my Christmas Casual role on the 19th November.
My question is do I return my P45 from my old JSA claim, or do I return the p46 and once I sign off JSA hand in my p45 from my current claim?

They will need the most recent informaton - April's will be of little use. So you will probably need P46 then correct with latest P45 after you sign off.

Thanks or your help! So I will only be paying emergency tax until I hand in my p45 from my current claim?
