ok so I have a problem

I made two applications for Royal Mail work this year (ok kids this is where it gets complicated)



application 1, is direct with the Royal Mail, and looking on the website ive passed the security check. This is for December only.

application 2, this is with agency First Call, and im picking up my ID badge on Tuesday, starting in November.

As far as I know the money is the same, but not 100% sure about the shifts (find out on Tuesday)

It is acceptable to jump ship in December, to Royal Mail? or should I just call Royal Mail, explain what is what, and say that I wont be directly employed by them, this year.

If I was you I would stay with the Agency then move to Angard quickly after Christmas in an attempt to become all year round casual and qualify for AWR.

It might but your weeks with Royal Mail direct will not contribute to your AWR qualification as that would not be with an Agency Your weeks with another agency do.

On the otherhand with Royal Mail/Angard - who knows!!!!
