Hourly Rate Query

I started as a casual 3 weeks ago - was told I have to do 12 weeks min wage and then get bumped to higher rate. Thought this sounded reasonable. Just seen the pay rates that are being offered to the xmas casuals are significantly more, i.e if I work a sunday I'm on min wage, xmas casual comes in he/she is over £10p/h...

Will my money be adjusted for the xmas period?

if you have worked for 12 weeks .. your pay will go up .. how much your pay will b depends on which mail centre .. e.g. at my mail centre it's 9.86 day times and 11.87 for nights .. your mail centre wil have its own pay rates.
