Last year, many of us found that we were not receiving emails from Angard. To be more specific, they did not reach the inbox of our email accounts, however, if we then checked "our emails" on our own page on the Royal Mail website, they were there! I have had 6 so far from Royal Mail & none of them have got to my email acount. So because of this I applied late for a Christmas job, but because I applied late after the rush, I had no problems on the website at all. Last year, the site was jammed with too many people applying at the same time.
The other point is "Lumesse", I mentioned this name in April, when we were asked to register for Christmass. Once again it comes up with the application. But nobody can come up with any good info, except what is on their website. So IF Royal Mail are running the show themselves, what has Lumesse got to do with it?
