Urgent Help needed

Post by Muvvergoose644 »

Hi, i urgently need someones help or advice. My son signed on with an agency a few weeks ago, then they rang him saying that there was work available at Royal Mail but he needed to go down and fill in some forms. After a wait of about 2 weeks, the agency rang him to say that he did not pass the security checks. My son was a full time postman from 2000-2003 and then he worked as a Christmas casual with Anghard in December 2011. He has never been in trouble with the police, and has no cautions or convictions. The agency cannot give him any information due to their regulations, and i rang HR who gave me a email address but the email bounced back. How do we go around getting this sorted out. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, the address i was given by HR was hrsc_rrfe@royalmail.com After trawling through some posts on here i found another one which is hrsc.security.vetting@royalmail.com
My son has now emailed them and received a reply to say that his email had been received, so fingers crossed they can get it sorted. Would be so much easier if they had a telephone contact number!!
