Holiday Pay Rate
I'm qualify for the AWR since 4 weeks now but I've noticed a big difference between the hourly pay rate 10.26/h and the holiday pay rate 6.93/h why such big gap?

Because you accrue holiday at whatever pay rate you worked the hours to accrue holiday hours. You used to be on 6.08 and 6.58 so when you were on that you earned X hours at 6.08 or 6.58: now you are AWR you have earned Y hours at your new pay rate. So you have a total of X+Y hours accrued and your pay rate is adjusted accordingly. Your holiday pay rate should increase each week you now work and tend to your pay rate. If you took all your holiday now next time you work your pay rate and holiday pay rate should match.
