Paid but still missing hours

Post by m.l.matthews »

I checked my bank statement and have been paid £62 from Angard. I am assuming this is holiday pay?

I am still missing a payment for 40hrs and credit of a net deduction.

With me missing 40 hrs I am also missing the holiday pay for these hours.

I am getting really frustrated with ANGARD.

Similar situation to me. I think I have been paid holiday pay too.

All those emails/phone calls have been ignored - what a surprise!

I would call the Royal Mail centre that you worked at over xmas period. I had a problem of not being paid enough hours. I called the centre I worked at and they spotted the problem and said they will pass info to Angard asap and told me to call RM back as soon as I have been paid for the missing hours.

I had called Angard every Monday for the last 4 weeks about the problem and all they did was take my details and promised to call back. They have never called back as they don't care.

Angard didn't have access to my time sheets during phone call but if they did the problem would have been noticed. Lady at RM centre had my time sheets and found the issue straight away.

Angard are amateurs.

The problem is that Royal Mail submitted the Correct hours, but Angard are claiming the Royal have made the error.

Angard Paid me 6.5 hrs @ £6.08, which I thought was odd, I only worked nights (£6.58) and my shifts were with 7 hrs or 8hrs includes the deduction for 1/2 hr lunch break.

Complete MUPPETS!!!!

I've managed to claw my way to within £50 of what I'm due now, which is not bad given I was over £600 down this time last week. Seems the remaining 50 is miscalculated holiday pay. They've been allocating that at the wrong rate (only accounts for about 10 quid) and obviously the angard monkeys still haven't mastered the spreadsheet/calculator as there's missing hours as well. Looks like I'll have to start another phone campaign.

Been paid my holiday pay. How can they pay this when I am still owed a weeks pay that they have not sorted out, even though I have given them all the info in two emails and four phone calls!!!! When will they finally get round to answering these queries and will they then pay even more holiday pay?

and use the information within it to sort out your issues. i have found that if i don't receive a response within 2 working days then i resend my email including an Employment Tribunal number and it tends to get a response... good luck!

Got a phone call from the opertions manager for Angard, saying that I'm going to be paid my missing hours.

GUESS WHAT??????

It's a miracle I'VE BEEN PAID.

Won't know if it's the correct hours until I get my payslip.

It seems that Angard are sorting out problems based on who shouts loudest (and longest?).

I have finally been paid today for my missing hours (and holiday pay for those hours). This was for the week ending 24/12/2011 - pretty good going, NOT!

I went down the route of contacting ACAS and lodging a "pre-ET1" :left:

Perhaps there is only a "small minority" left to sort now.

Yesterday I received the pay for the missing hours. It was RM's fault as they hadn't submitted the hours for a day.
RM promised to pass the details to Angard and it was then sorted within 3 days.

As I had already had received holiday pay before this was sorted Angard need to re-calculate and pay me the small amount I am due. Maybe small but nevertheless it is rightly mine.

Now just need my P45 and I can wash my hands of this shower.....hopefully.

Have you called the RM centre who will have copies of your time sheet ? RM might have passed incorrect hours to Angard which is what they did to me.
