individual Statement To Date - 20/1/2012
Well as I have worked another week I got a new Individual Statement To Date following last weeks.
It still has the same mistakes/errors/issues as the one I received for the 13/1/2011
. Sent an e-mail on Monday 16/1/2011 outlining the issues with no response apart from the automated one. Think I need to e-mail again to explain the issues as it says if it is wrong I need to contact them.

Exactly the same here! It was wrong last week and wrong this week. Two emails and no reply (apart from the automated reply). Don't give up I won't. Emails are the best way of communication as everything is documented. IF I go down the ET1 route it will stand up better in court and shows that you have at least tried whereas Angard's incompetence will be plain to see.

My boyfriend got one today and only has him down as working 1 week rather than the 3 weeks he worked and they are wanting £100 from him. Angard owe him just under £600!

Re: individual Statement To Date - 20/1/2012
as said in another thread, send regular emails to angardpayroll copying in the directors of the royal mail... they will get fed up and hopefully deal with your issues?intelligentsia wrote:An efficient, effective way of communicating with Angard Staffing Solutions and bypassing all the useless frustrating calls to 0845.... etc is to:
Email angardpayroll.queries@reedglobal.com (priority!)
plus sending copy emails to the following people:
Moya Greene, CEO - moya.greene@royalmail.com
John Duncan, Group HR Director - john.duncan@royalmail.com and
Mark Higson, MD Operation and Modernisation - mark.higson@royalmail.com
Hence your payroll query will be seen by all at the "top" or at least by the PAs who will have to download hard copy to their "superiors, all in the interests of openness and transparency!? Note that Mark Higson's letter (stereotyped) of apology of the 9/1/2012 to individual Christmas casuals gives the following number: 0845 460 7318
good luck!
