been paid £94.85 today

hey people just checked my bank and have been paid £94.85 from angard for some reason.i dont know why they only owe me a days holiday pay £39.52 minus taxes etc i can see trouble coming i expect wanting the money back.penny a week i think i can manage as a standing order for a few thousand weeks i bet they think ive been working still or something very strange

ive had an email from acas which says as follows
i dont have to pay the money back if 3 things are in place
1.its wasnt my fault tick
2.i have a payslip for the money ,a possibility will find out in a weeks time or so fingers crossed
3.ive spent the money already...

hope i get payslip coz im gona spend that money i recon
