goodness, now to tackle receiving the outstanding holiday pay - advised it would be paid on the 20th january - needless to say it didn't turn up neither did the regular 1p payment?

i've actually been paid the money they unlawfully took from me in December......... only a month late!

as said before, just holiday pay to tackle now, then p45 then goodbye Angard for good!

hello mate, i read this web site and saw the hassles everyone had with telephone calls. i had no intention of spending my '£300' on telephone calls so just sent emails and was quite persistent.

then i completed the employment tribunal form, sent them the number and things moved a little quicker! a week after i completed the form i had my outstanding money. i've been advised the holiday pay was paid yesterday... but as usual, where is the paperwork etc?

this is what i've recommended to others... using a post by intelligentsia......

An efficient, effective way of communicating with Angard Staffing Solutions and bypassing all the useless frustrating calls to 0845.... etc is to:
Email angardpayroll.queries@reedglobal.com (priority!)

plus sending copy emails to the following people:

Moya Greene, CEO - moya.greene@royalmail.com
John Duncan, Group HR Director - john.duncan@royalmail.com and
Mark Higson, MD Operation and Modernisation - mark.higson@royalmail.com

If you don't get a response within 2 working days, complete an Employment Tribunal form and then resend your email including the tribunal number... Methinks they'll contact you then!

good luck!
