To be fair most of that information is already in the public domain.
With regards to complaints they might try to pull the "commercially sensitive" move.

This company spends an absolute fortune on PR "firefighting".
If they could only learn that the best PR is not to make an arse of yourself in the first place things might be a bit easier and cheaper...and they wouldn't need to hide behind blatant lies.

A pity that they where not also asked to divulge the total number/proportion of staff who had pay issues as I would like to know just what constitutes a small minority in Royal Mails eyes.

The "small minority" was every single temporary staff that I worked with. Surely nobody who received that silly letter who ever talked to anybody else, could be fooled.

Has this already been sent or are you asking for comments before sending it?

Any chance of asking a question as to how many casuals are eligible for the 12 week benefits of Agency Worker Regulations and what those benefits are. I am now in my 16th week and nobody can tell me what they are and nobody seems to know who to contact to find out.

I have been trying to get most of the people I work with to visit this site. You would be surprised at the amount of people that don't and that's not just casuals but regulars as well. Some people despite 24 hour news, internet, iPhones even newspapers do not see the outside world from their own little bubbles. The internet, blog sites and forums like this are the most powerful tool we have ever had to communicate . This Christmas must have shocked RM by the actions of people from this site through shared experiences, getting things aired. The inept statements that were made by RM managers (never Angard) were shocking. The only people that believed that were those that chose not to make the effort to find out what was going on, they are known as "sheeple".

Good luck with the FIR it should be an interesting read, that's if all the information is not withheld as its commercially sensitive. (then we dig deeper team!)

BTW Wikipedia is down today can anyone verify that David Beckham was the first man to step foot on the moon?

David Beckham wasn't the first man to step foot on the moon... that was Neil Armstrong. Then Neil got raped by a moon alien, David was born (moonchild), and sent to earth.
You can find that story on wiki!

RM will get out of some of these questions because they will use " it will cost us more than £450" Good effort but you have to ask very clear and short questions using FOI requests.

I don't think it's legally valid to make an FoI request to Angard. They're a private company, albiet one owned by a public body, and FoI only works for public organisations. It might be better submitting an FoI to the RM for items 1,4,6,11,12, and deriving the rest from Companies House and more substantive legal requests.
