Today Angard mailed me in response to me mailing them to tell them that I'd filed an ET1 and promising to have everything sorted out by the 11th.
Personally, I think Angard (and RM) will say any old bollocks at all in the hope that it will shut us up. And I'm not so stupid as to think I'd have got a response from them at all if I hadn't told them I'd taken further action, i.e. my MP and the ET1.
It's all just so cynical and transparent... and yet the mejah will happily print any old crap they tell them about it being "a few local difficulties".
What's happened to proper campaigning journalism these days? If it's not "exposes"* about the latest reality show it looks like they couldn't give a toss. 
Has anyone else had a direct reply (not an automated response) to any mails they've sent lately?
