Just had this arrive. It was such a surprise to get any kind of response from Angard Payroll that I nearly applauded, only what it says isn't much help. Here's the whole thing, as I got it:

We apologise for the ongoing issues you have been facing and the delays in
responding to your query.
We are currently undertaking a full payroll reconciliation exercise to
ensure that all monies outstanding are paid to all workers no later than
11th January 2012, once this has been processed we will respond on an
individual basis to ensure your query has been resolved.

thats wednesday 2013 i recon.im on the bbc tommorow on look east the anglia region news with my last payslip of £14.36 for a weeks work and lack of any holiday pay etc and angard communiction shortfalls anyway they sent royalmail an email detailing my troubles which are pretty much the same as everybody on here no pay or little pay here is the statement from royal mail

Royal Mail spokesperson Valerie Antoine said: "This is not the experience
of the large majority of the almost 20,000 temporary people whom have
worked for Royal Mail over the Christmas period. It is absolutely not the
case that there is 'widespread' difficulties over pay. The overwhelming
majority of our temporary Christmas workers have been paid on time.

We sincerely apologise to Ms Estrada-Hart and Mr Curtis. We will resolve
these individual cases as quickly as possible.

"We are aware that some people are unhappy about receiving a payment of 1p.
In the vast majority of cases, this is because we have previously paid more
