Yes I also got a call, quoting my Employment Tribunal action, and that (she is Reed HR at Angard) and that she is looking into my ET1 claim. She said as I received a voucher 2 weeks ago my payment tomorrow will be.......... £0.01. This is due to them clawing back pay that I am owing from this voucher. AFAIK I am owed at least 3 weeks pay (after tonight it will be 4) that has now been covered by this Voucher Payment of £350.

She acknowledged that I am "probably" due some outstanding wages and she committed to resolving this issue. I asked her for a date by which this would be complete..... "er um er" came the reply, so no committed date by which they will try to resolve the pay issue. I spoke at length for 30 minutes explaining that in all my working life I have never encountered such a disorganised rabble as Angard.

Now documenting the conversation to be able to present it at the Tribunal.

I don't understand how they can expect the £350 voucher back I thought that was for 2 weeks wages. So their taking it back then paying us the correct amount owed? I'm so confused.

They will be entitled to claim it back but they should also pay what is owed in wages.
