Not sure if I have to work tonight

Post by elementalpat »

Hello there people.

I got invited back to the Gatwick Mail Centre (night shift) to work after the Christmas period (until Jan 11th), but I could only start on the 2nd Jan cos I was away. At the time, I didn't know it was going to be a bank holiday!

Obviously mail needs to be delivered on Tuesday, so I am not sure if I have to work tonight. Naturally, no one answered to phone when I called GMC, so I thought maybe someone could help me out here.

Thanks for the help.

As far as I know the permanent staff of MCs are going in tonight but the times vary my local one is starting at 10pm.

Well, 10pm is my scheduled start time, I guess I'll just have to take a punt, drive up there and just see if I was right or wrong.

Thanks for the info
