They gave it to us, neither did we sign a contract about it, everything was verbal
So I'm now confused as to why they only paid us 1p
If they would've got their house in order from the start, we would have been paid correctly.

Re: THE £350 WAS NOT OUR FAULT, WE DIDNT ASK FOR IT
Some people who were paid 1p weren't paid the £350 so anyone who claims to the contrary is a liar (or mistaken). I know of one case where the 1p is the only pay that the individual has received after 3 weeks and including doing overtime. I don't suppose that it is the only case....

The problem I'm having working out is if they are taking back this 350 pound from us. so we have not technically got any wage for the week we were given 350. so where is our actual wage for that week ?? they can't just lend us 350 quid take it back and expect us to be fine with it. even if the people getting the penny have had a voucher they are still a weeks wage down by angard taking the 350 back.

Clearly their priority is getting back the money they paid out in vouchers, before they actually pay everyone correctly.
