The guy I spoke to sounded very stressed out (can't imagine why) and I could hear a lot of apologizing in the background. I informed him that I hadn't been paid this week and he took my details and said 'It'll be in the bank on 11th Jan, latest'

I won't hold my breath...

If I was actually still working there, it wouldn't be so bad because at least I could've taken the £350 bribe.

RM/Angard are not giving anymore £350 vouchers now. Text received last night from Angard saying any pay queries had to go through Angard and we can not involve RM staff.

I got through yesterday no pay since 16 December - I finished on 23rd so should have been paid on 23rd and today. Angard have phoned me back twice yesterday and today no money in my bank but my details have been passed to the finance department. The Finance Dept should phone me with an update looking unlikely to say the least. They owe me according to their calculations £770.25 gross £616 net.

Text received last night from Angard saying any pay queries had to go through Angard and we can not involve RM staff.

I feared this wouldn't happen. Now the work is done and we're no longer needed, there's no way RM are going to help fight our battle (if they ever did!).

i got a phone call off them and their said their gonna put £100 in my bank account tomorrow while they sort out my wages ( can only hope they do or i'll be having a s**t new years eve )

This is why I'm taking someones advice on here and filling out an ET1. It will make Angard sweat a bit, if anything

Rang them up and asked about if you had to claim Holiday pay/timeframe you have to claim it in. They didn't know.

Didn't feel like pushing the issue since the bloke sounded like he'd been shouted at all day (and was probably only a temp too), so I'll email them instead.

Once angard receive the ET1 from the Employment Tribunal they have 4 weeks to respond otherwise judgement can be given against them by default. This is not a quick route however, I submitted my ET1 on 23rd and the hearing is set down for April. Obviously I just want this to concentrate minds at Angard so that I get the few hundred pounds they owe me, hopefully having a court hearing which they cannot defend hanging over them will have the desired effect. If enough people put in ET1s they will have to bring in enough staff to deal with the claims. If you go to the press or your MP you are placing yourself in the hands of someone whom you can only hope will take up your case. At least via the ET1 route you are making things happen for yourself.

The ET1 will go to Royal Mail Group Limited in London where Moya Greene the CEO works, RM will pass it on to their solictors normally Weightmans, they have several offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham. I have no doubt that people that file an ET1 will get their wages, holiday pay sorted ASAP without ever having to attend a hearing.

I did a heading HOLIDAY!!!! please read it by the looks of thing while everyone is trying to sort out their wages the time frame for holiday is 31December

I always get the woman with a cold. Feel sorry 4her. As for holiday pay, ***I ACTUALLY GOT A PAYSLIP TODAY *** & it had a bit saying "Holiday Pay Accrued.." with a figure. Everything else was wrong though

Were getting throu because they haver taken on temps to cover the phones. They have told people what to say and nothing else so when we call they cannot tell us more because they don't know themselves. I cannot say how I know this as I promised I wouldn't say, but the phone calls mean nothing to me now just more fobbing off, if were not getting paid and their paid to pay us what chance do the temps on the ends of thur phone have! Such a big mess I don't think this will be sorted till it goes hugely public and through the legal system! Just think of the intrest angard are making in their bank account too cos of the dely xx
