Offered a full time Contract with RM

Hi guys

Ive been working for Angard since late November this year and RM have offered me a Fulltime contracted position on a Rural Van del(39 hours a week @ £9.35 per hour) It's great news, as most of the casuals are being cut off in Jan.

What I'm asking is will the rate of pay change to a lower one as I'm 17 years old?

Yes RM will have a pay rate for 17 year olds. But you should get the £9.35?, when you hit 18 or it maybe 21.

That's nearly 19k/year pre-tax. I would be incredibly surprised if you got that wage doing that job and were under 21.

Salary: Age 16 - £5.53, Age 17 - £6.45, Age 18 and above - £8.30 per hour plus overtime and shift allowance if applicable.
With a pay increment after 6 & 12 months (subject to satisfactory performance)
