Re: BBC
If only the North Korean Dear Leader hadn't popped his clogs at the weekend Angard might have made top of the bulletin
Seriously tho' the BBC is so obsessed with "balance" it will give equal airtime to Angard/RM's obfuscation as to the real story - that thousands of casuals are still waiting for payment.
You could consider threatening to take your grievance to an Industrial Tribunal.
More on how to file an ET1 claim (Industrial Tribunal):
For advice on how to make a claim to an industrial tribunal for "Failure of employer to pay or unauthorised deductions have been made" (Originating Legislation is ERA 1996 Sec 23), see online at:
http://www.justice.gov.uk/guidance/cour ... iction.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
On this site you can also access Claim (ET1) Form and Guidance.
Please be aware there is a 3-month time limit for making a claim of this kind.
But I'm sure you won't want to wait that long!
Good luck and I hope every person who has been hit by Angard's failure to pay on time or to pay correct wages gets a positive result.
