EVERYONE IS SAYING THEY ARE REALLY BAD WITH PAY ,JOBS ,SECURITY CHECKS, AND THE AMOUNT YOUR PAID! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME THIS IS SEEMING TO BE!

It would be hard to pin point the blame - but it is found somewhere. There is a reason why we haven't been paid. If it is a payroll error as we're constantly being told, who is in charge of that payroll system - there we have our first court case. In an ideal world we could take all those responsible to court and get what's owed to us, but because so many large companies are involved my guess is no courts want to hear what we have to say.

As our employment contract is with Angard Staffing, the legal responsibility for ensuring their contractual employment terms are met lies with Angard.

Its the "Royal Mail Group" that you take to an Employment Tribunal, they own it.
