Website / My Applications changed

After weeks and weeks and weeks of complaining, telephoning and emailing different people I`ve just noticed that `My Applications` have finally changed to `HIRED AND START DATE AGREED`. However, one big, major problem I haven`t received the official email, contract and start date confirmation so no way am I getting up at 4am to start at York mail Centre for 6am. Interesting to see if the official emails turn up now as we approach the end of Christmas Casual work - and I was suppose to begin on the 2nd December as an Angard official commented to me last week.

yeah same here mines been like that for 4 weeks now and nothing no i.d and iv tried ringing them just ring ring and keeps saying your call is recorded for quality and training purposes lol bollocks because no wally answers ,i sat there the other day for a hour just ringing its a joke!!!
