Wherever you work make sure especially if your delivering in different areas write down dates - time you start and time you finsh and make sure you get too sign on and off no matter how early or late !!!!.
If your clever try and get in early and book in straight away.
Also as angard pay in cycles work to the nearest 15mins with your meal break (40 mins) but still book it.

Most shifts seem to be 8hrs but with meal relief taken off.So you will only get paid for 7-30/7-15 depending on how much meal relief you get,which for some strange reason differs from depot to depot.
