angard recruitment policy

am wondering why angard has such a poor recruitment policy they seem to hire anything an everything off the streets such a big name company you would think they would vet people properly to at least find people who have a personality and have the ability to read a postcode right and sort into the right york as i dont believe its rocket science is it!

I think there Interviewing anyone & everyone, offering jobs to said anyone & everyone, Realising they've hired too many and going... "f**k it".

well if they have hired too many then why are they having to use a outside agency on certain days then to fulfil numbers at our site?
