Welcome Pack?
When I have worked for Royal Mail in the past before you start working they normally send out a welcome pack, confirming your contract and all your details like bank account, and they also include a freepost envelope telling you to send in a p45 or p46 is this not the case with Angard?

I've been a Christmas Casual the last 3 years running and I definitely got a welcome pack each time.
That said I recieved a start date and a contract at each of the last 3 registration events, my registration event this time round was 5 weeks and I've yet to hear anything.
To make matters worse the person who supposedly had shift patterns, provisional start dates etc didn't turn up to the registration event because they were "stuck in traffic".
Angard really are a Mickey Mouse outfit if ever I seen one.
