Hi all,
I’ve just had a shift cancelled by Angard at what I consider to be very short notice; 1 hour 19 minutes before the start time (screenshot hopefully attached).
Start time 6:16pm, cancelled by Angard at 4:57pm.
While not yet on the way I was getting ready to go and it’s pretty frustrating, especially since they insist on two hours notice for cancellations (and I’ve never cancelled a shift anywhere near that late).
Has anyone got any advice as to whether I can claim for any of this shift or should I just let it go? And if I should contest it, what steps to take specifically?
If it matters the total length of the shift was basically four and a quarter hours. 6.16-10:30pm.
Thank you in advance for any advice.

Just an update in case this happens to anyone else, I complained and they’ll pay me for 4 hours which I’m satisfied with.

Good result. My night shifts are cancelled every day now, but I managed to do some afternoon shifts, but not this week. Only guaranted shifts are now weekend nights.
