Is everyone aware Angard have decided to pay some offices the extra money for posties in some offices and not in others. I live between two offices and one is paying £16.58 an hour from end of October to January and another is paying £13.37.
Is that happening around the country?

Is one of them closer to London by any chance?

Re: Seasonal delivery rate
Mine and a few others went up to 16.58 back in April and has stayed the same. At the same time most offices in my area, the West had that rate except a couple. Think it went back down to 13.37 around July for new starts but back to seasonal rate now.

Re: Seasonal delivery rate
Good few hundred miles away. It seems they tried to pick and choose which offices to try and pay the enhanced rate to. Been sorted as we gave a few days notice of leaving.
