Hello - how many hours is one full day holiday?

Previously they used to publish holiday in hours which was useful but now weeks/days which is not so straight forward.

Secondly, how many hours is 7 hrs shift worked does anyone know the formula?

I think each shift gives 0.14 days holiday but the whole holiday system is absolutely baffling to me.

I don't think most people understand plus rate if pay differs each time and for everyone as they take averages hours worked over set period.

In my office we have a summer signing(3 weeks) then gets sheets back to do remaining 2/3 weeks leave

Problem is there is no availability for any leave in autumn/winter months mid oct-mid Jan….is anyone else experiencing this,feels like we can no longer have Time off in winter
